
Peta Parnell
You could say Peta loves dancing… she’s been doing it for almost 30 years!! Originally starting with Classical, Jazz, Ballroom and Latin she then discovered Rock’n’Roll, Rockabilly and Swing and has not looked back! Since then she has also learnt Collegiate Shag, Balboa, St Louis Shag, 20s Charleston and many solo routines. Peta has competed in numerous competitions, performed at all sorts of events from stage shows to conferences and weddings, and also DJs.
She’s been teaching dance for over 15 years, has judged at both the state and national level, and has been on the organising committee for one of the largest and longest running swing dance weekends, Sydney Lindy Exchange (SLX), since its inception.
She’s learnt from so many of the greats including Frankie Manning, Norma Miller, Sylvia Sykes, Sylvia Skylar, Frida Segerdahl, Dax Hock, Laura Keat, Soochan Lee and Young Kang, Pontus Persson and Isabella Gregorio, Sheesha and Nikki Marvin, Natalie and Yuval, Nick Williams, Jeremy Otth, Rusty Frank, Swingaporians, Mikey Pedroza and on and on!!!

Mitchell
Mitchell has been dancing for more than 15 years. He is an experienced Rock n Roll and Swing dancer who’s dance history includes being part of a great professional performance dance troupe as well as competing in NSW state dance competitions. If you want to learn Rock’n’Roll from someone who has great style, fabulous moves, is patient and technically proficient then Mitch is the teacher!!
